Experiencing several roles within Claims, I have seen why what Market Lane does is so important. I am driven to add value for clients, streamline processes and resolve issues the first time. I realised an inherent quality-seeking trait while in a QA role and joined Market Lane to contribute to a growing business who are focused and passionate about what they do.

I thrive when tested and when adapting to change, I have lived in four countries. Apart from travel, international language and issues, sketching, swimming, psychology and heading to the gym are some of my hobbies. I always want to be able to make a positive impact. I became the National Representative for Ireland for the Erasmus Student Network and launched projects to assist international students with disabilities, refugees during the crisis and I promoted the exchange programme. These remain some of my most fulfilling achievements.
