Like most, ‘falling’ into insurance has quickly led to a strong history in managing complex risks and claims, achieving positive outcomes to effectively reduce exposure, protecting all stakeholders throughout the process.

My experience encompasses both broking and claims, where I most recently I managed the day-to-day operations of a third-party claims administration team in the role of National Claims Manager, focusing on delivering a high-performing, bespoke end-to-end claims offering to our clients across all lines in general insurance, combining a wholistic and innovative approach to claims. In my spare time, I am seizing every opportunity life has to offer! I love travelling and trying new experiences with family and friends, whilst also trying to stay fit amid all the good food and great company.
